About João
The person behind the systems.
I’m from Brazil and based in Vancouver, Canada. I’m drawn to music, making things, and the communities that grow when people keep showing up.
Roots
Building a life between Brazil and Canada taught me that home can grow in more than one place.
Curiosity
I’ve always taken things apart to understand how they work. That curiosity still shapes how I build and improve systems.
Music
Music came from my family.
In 2019, I co-founded Luau Brazuka, a guitar-circle movement that has since brought together more than 8,600 people spreading Brazilian culture across Canada.
