The context

Regulated life-science logistics, where suppliers, shipments, and compliance had to stay aligned.

The challenge

Supplier coordination, procurement, carrier escalation, and manual shipment checks lived across people and disconnected steps. Each exception restarted the investigation, so the operation had little memory of its own.

Method

In 2024, I used AI-assisted development to build Python scripts, database integrations, and authorized carrier API connections. The tools ran locally for over a year, supporting tracking lookup, purchase-order preparation, and weekly operational reviews. These were scripts and integrations, not AI agents. This work was delivered in my role at OneWorld Accuracy.

The challenge

Recurring work had no shared standard, and too many daily decisions still depended on the owners.

Method

I mapped the routines and connected operational information to the PMS. Delivered systems derive kitchen meal counts from check-ins, check-outs, and day-use visits, sync the kitchen view on an iPad, and support recipe quantities. Clear ownership, training, and purchasing routines make the tools usable. Further AI-agent work is ongoing, separate from these delivered systems.
